PrincetonSPHER-C27 - 100Å pore size - 5 and
3micron spherical particles is a proprietary phase containing
a well defined and reproducible, branched-chain hydrocarbon
ligand. The structure of the C27 phase minimizes the folding
that can occure with traditional C18 phases, this allowing
use with neat aqueous mobile phases. Retention for most
polar compounds, including hydrophilic low molecular weight
carboxylic acids, is enhanced. PrincetonSPHER-C27 has proven highly effective for LC-MS screening applications. |
